Job Description

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Integration Consultant/Developer with robust expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) integrations, preferably with hands-on experience in Ironclad. The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, and supporting integrations between Ironclad and enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ERP platforms, document management systems, and other third-party applications. The role requires robust technical integration skills, problem-solving ability, and experience working closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and clients.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Ironclad and external enterprise systems
Work on API-based integrations, middleware platforms, and data synchronization processes
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements
Develop and support integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, DocuSign, SharePoint, etc.
Perform data mapping, transformation,



validation, and troubleshooting activities
Support migration and integration testing activities
Monitor integration performance and resolve issues proactively
Create technical documentation, integration flow diagrams, and support materials
Participate in client discussions, technical workshops, and solution design sessions

Qualifications
8+ Years of Experience Required

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in integration development/support
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and web services
Experience working with JSON, XML, and data transformation
Solid understanding of system integration architecture and workflows
Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as:
MuleSoft
Boomi
Workato
Celigo
Dell Boomi
Other iPaaS platforms

Preferred Skills
Experience working with Ironclad integrations
Experience integrating CLM platforms
