Greenvironment is looking for a high-energy Sales & Marketing Trainee to help grow our Sustainability Business across Water, Energy, HVAC and Environmental Intelligence.

Roles & Responsibility:
- Market research & identify potential customers
- Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach & direct prospecting
- Generate and qualify leads
- Schedule and participate in client meetings
- Support site assessments, presentations & proposals
- Maintain CRM and consistently follow up on opportunities
- Work with the sales team to take opportunities from prospecting to closure

Who we are looking for: Someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, opening new doors and being measured on results. Strong communication,



persistence and an interest in sustainability/climate-tech are essential.

? Compensation: Fixed Salary + Sales Incentives

? Prospect: Performance-based confirmation and growth into a full-time Sales & Business Development role

Career Path: Successful completion of the training period will lead to confirmation in our Sustainability Business Specialist Team, with a structured 12-month development journey to build expertise in sustainability solutions, consultative sales, client engagement, and business development.
