We are looking for a highly experienced Service Now Telecom Architect with solid expertise in Service Now Order Management for Telecom (OMT/SOMT) and telecom transformation programs.
If you have hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end Lead-to-Bill (Lead-to-Cash) solutions and have worked extensively within the telecom ecosystem, we'd love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture and implementation of Service Now Telecom Order Management (OMT/SOMT) solutions.
Design and implement end-to-end telecom processes covering:
Lead → Prospect → Quote → Order Capture → Order Management → Fulfillment → Service Activation → Billing
Define scalable solution architectures across:
Lead & Opportunity Management Quote Management Product & Service Catalog Order Capture & Order Entry Order Decomposition Order Fulfillment Service Activation Inventory & Resource Management Billing Integration Design integrations between Service Now and Telecom BSS/OSS platforms.




Provide technical leadership for Service Now development and implementation teams.
Lead customer workshops, architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and transformation initiatives.
Drive automation, workflow optimization, and best practices across telecom operations.
