Required Skills & Qualifications:
6+ years of overall IT experience with solid Supply Chain and Logistics domain expertise. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud implementations. Robust understanding of transportation planning, freight management, carrier collaboration, and logistics execution processes. Experience in OTM configuration including: Agents Automation Agents Saved Queries Screen Sets User Roles Business Process Automation Robust knowledge of OTM integration frameworks, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms. Experience integrating OTM with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Fusion SCM, Oracle EBS, SAP, WMS, and external carrier systems. Knowledge of logistics KPIs, transportation optimization, and freight cost management. Experience in solution design,



architecture governance, and technical leadership. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable OTM solutions. Define solution architecture, integration strategy, and deployment roadmap for transportation and logistics processes. Configure and optimize OTM modules including: Order Management Shipment Planning Carrier Management Freight Rating & Billing Transportation Execution Visibility & Event Management Logistics Network Modeling Design integrations between OTM and enterprise applications such as ERP, WMS, TMS, EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP, and third-party carrier systems.
