Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize Service Now Sec Ops solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Service Now technical solutions. Perform advanced Service Now customization, including workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and integrations. Develop and maintain solutions using Java Script and Service Now scripting best practices. Design and implement security operations workflows and automation. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to define solution architecture. Troubleshoot and optimize existing Service Now implementations. Ensure solutions follow Service Now best practices, coding standards, security, and performance guidelines.



Provide technical guidance and support for Service Now Sec Ops implementations and enhancements. Mandatory Skills
6+ years of relevant Service Now experience Solid hands-on experience in Service Now Sec Ops Excellent experience in Service Now customization Solid Java Script programming and Service Now scripting skills Experience in Service Now configuration, development, workflows, and integrations Solid understanding of Service Now architecture and implementation best practices Best Regards,
