As our customer enquiry volume grows, we are building a 24/7 Customer Verification & Response Team to ensure that every genuine customer receives a rapid and professional response.
? The Role
We are looking for high-energy,
customer-focused Telecallers who can join our rapidly growing startup and become an important part of AutoXperia's customer acquisition engine.
Your primary responsibility will be to connect with incoming automotive enquiries quickly, understand customer requirements, verify the enquiry and convert the customer into a qualified appointment/test-drive opportunity.
Our Core Principle:Every Lead Matters. Every Minute Matters.
Our target is to connect and close/qualify every incoming lead within 30 minutes, wherever customer availability permits.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
? 1. Immediate Lead Response
- Receive and respond to fresh customer enquiries generated through AutoXperia's website and digital campaigns.
- Make the first call to the customer as quickly as possible.
- Attempt to connect with new leads within the 30-minute response window.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly communication style.
