Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience in cold calling, lead qualification, and selling products and/or services.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and outbound calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and develop sales leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Manage the complete inside-sales cycle from lead generation to qualification, follow-up, negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation as required.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as delivery, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Research target markets, industries, and potential customer segments to identify new business opportunities.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- Strong experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads.
- Experience in selling B2B/B2C products and/or services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management abilities.
- Target-oriented with a solid focus on achieving sales
