Role Overview

Works in close coordination with the Branch Head, supporting business development activities from client onboarding

/n

through deal closure, along with periodic travel as required for client meetings. Based out of Bengaluru, this role handles the administration and day-to-day operations of the branch. Functions as a key support pillar to the Branch Head, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, internal teams, and branch functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end business development efforts — identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing leads
/n
- Assist in onboarding current clients, ensuring a smooth transition from first contact to active engagement
/n
- Coordinate and schedule business meetings, handling confirmations, follow-ups, and rescheduling as needed
/n
- Maintain detailed records and trackers of ongoing meetings, discussions, and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
/n
- Support deal closures by liaising between clients and internal teams,



ensuring timelines and requirements are met
/n
- Travel periodically, as required, to attend key client meetings and support on-ground coordination
/n
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and operations for the branch, including documentation and internal coordination
/n
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to maintain long-term alliances and repeat business
/n
- Identify and develop relationships with new clients to expand the agency's client base
/n
- Act as a reliable point of contact between the Branch Head and internal/external stakeholders, relaying updates and information accurately
/n
- Assist the Branch Head with ad-hoc tasks, planning, and coordination as required
/n

Ideal Candidate

/n

/n
- 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or branch coordination (advertising/agency background preferred)
/n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a pro
