Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telesales & Admissions Executive who can communicate with prospective students and clients, understand their requirements, explain our programs and research services, and convert genuine enquiries into successful enrollments and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact new leads received through our website, WhatsApp, email and other marketing channels.

• Counsel students regarding internships, academic projects, dissertations and professional training programs.

• Handle enquiries from BSc, MSc, BTech, MTech, B.Pharm,



M.Pharm, Pharm.D and PhD students.

• Explain Manna Biotech programs, duration, fees, facilities and enrollment procedures clearly.

• Handle initial enquiries related to Bioinformatics, NGS, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Cell Culture and other Life Sciences services.

• Follow up with prospective students and clients through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments.

• Follow up on quotations, registrations and pending payments.

• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM/Admin Portal.

• Coordinate with scientists, technical teams and management when a client requires detailed scientific clarification.

• Build professional relationships with students, researchers, faculty members and institutional contacts.

• Work towards weekly and monthly enrollment/revenue targets.
