Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Corporate Tax function in Tax CoE. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving change initiatives, ensuring quality and timely compliance & reporting requirements, and managing a team of 5 to 6 tax professionals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership abilities, managing risk, and leveraging automation to enhance efficiency and a deep understanding of corporate tax regulations and practices for multiple tax jurisdictions: Leadership and Team Management: • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 to 6 tax professionals. • Foster a cooperative and high-performance work environment. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide continuous feedback and development opportunities. Change Initiatives:



• Identify and drive change initiatives within the Corporate Tax function to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. • Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. • Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and ensure the team is informed and prepared to adapt. Tax Reporting and Compliance: • Oversee the preparation and submission of all corporate tax returns and related filings. • Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal, and international tax laws and regulations. • Manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities. • Develop and maintain robust tax reporting processes and controls. Risk Management: • Identify and assess tax-related risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. • Ensure that all tax practices adhere to the company's risk management policies and regulatory requirements. • Monitor and report on tax risk exposures and implement corrective actions as needed.
