RealtyRoof is East Pune's rapid-growing real estate brokerage, headquartered in Kharadi — the heart of Pune's biggest property boom (EON IT Park, World Trade Center, Riverfront corridor). We sell new launch and under-construction projects from Pune's leading developers, and we're hiring Sales Executives who want to grow quick.

What you'll do:

/n

/n
- Engage fresh leads and walk-in clients for new launch residential projects
/n
- Understand client requirements and match them to the right project
/n
- Conduct site visits and project presentations
/n
- Negotiate and close bookings; assist clients through documentation
/n
- Maintain your pipeline in CRM and hit monthly booking targets
/n

/n

What we need:

/n

/n
- 1–3 years experience (real estate, telecalling, retail, banking, insurance, or any sales — or a fresher who can talk)
/n
- Fluent communication in English + Hindi/Marathi
/n
- Two-wheeler and laptop are a must
/n
- Target-driven attitude; comfortable with field work and weekend client visits.
/n
