About the Role

/n

We are looking for a high-energy and commercially driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead business development and revenue growth for the Pune region.

/n

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, AV System Integration, Unified Communications, or related enterprise technology solutions, with a strong track record of acquiring recent customers and developing strategic accounts.

/n

This role will focus on building the Pune market, developing enterprise and GCC opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers, and driving opportunities from lead generation through closure.

Key Responsibilities

/n

Business Development & Sales

/n

/n
- Develop and execute the business development strategy for the Pune market.
/n
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise customers and strategic accounts.
/n




- Build a strong pipeline of AV and Unified Communications opportunities across corporates, GCCs, commercial real estate, IT/ITES, education, hospitality, and other relevant segments.
/n
- Drive the complete sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
/n
- Achieve agreed revenue, margin, and business development targets.
/n

AV System Integration

/n

/n
- Understand customer requirements and position appropriate AV System Integration and Collaboration solutions.
/n
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to develop solution-led proposals.
/n
- Drive opportunities involving meeting rooms, boardrooms, video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, collaboration solutions, and integrated AV environments.
/n
- Engage with architects, consultants, PMCs, facility teams, IT teams, procurement, and senior business stakeholders.
