Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and CakePHP.

- Analyze Japanese requirement documents, specifications, and design documents.

- Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
/n
- Perform impact analysis before development.
/n
- Prepare technical design documents when required.
/n
- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code.
/n
- Perform unit testing before delivery.
/n
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
/n
- Fix bugs and perform root cause analysis.
/n
- Communicate development progress, issues, and questions directly with Japanese clients.
/n
- Participate in online meetings with Japanese customers.
/n
- Follow documentation and quality assurance processes.

Required Technical Skills

- 3+ years of professional experience in PHP development.

- Strong hands-on experience with CakePHP Framework.

- Good understanding of MVC Architecture.
