? Job Description:
- Manage builder penetration in the home loan market and strengthen developer engagement
- Track and monitor individual projects to ensure timely progress and business growth
- Monitor and drive adherence to project approval TATs
- Perform project approval analysis to support informed decision‑making
- Implement business drives to achieve defined sales objectives
- Collaborate with Regional Business Development Heads and unit‑level channels for seamless execution

? Experience Required:
- 5+ years in within any banking product team.
- Strong understanding of an analytical mindset, and a proven track record in data analysis.
- Ability to apply data‑backed insights to business decisions.
- Valuable communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to manage multi‑team coordination and ability to work in fast‑paced environments
