Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls from international customers.
* Understand customer queries, concerns, and requirements.
* Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
* Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
* Communicate clearly and confidently with international customers.
* Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.
* Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.
* Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems.




* Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
* Handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.
Skills & Qualifications
* Any Bachelor's Degree
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good command of spoken English.
* Ability to communicate confidently with international customers.
* Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to help customers.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions.
* Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with customer support systems.
* Willingness to work in night shifts.
