We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to support the execution and optimization of digital campaigns across paid and organic channels. This role will work closely with the Digital Marketing team to launch campaigns, monitor performance, coordinate creatives, and support data-driven improvements across channels.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, eager to learn, and excited about building hands-on experience across performance marketing, digital analytics, and e-commerce growth in a rapid-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Digital Campaign Execution & Channel Management
- Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search/SEM, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Assist with day-to-day campaign activities including campaign setup, budget pacing checks, bid adjustments,



and basic optimizations.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPO, ROAS, CVR, traffic, and revenue.
- Support organic social media scheduling and coordination to ensure alignment with paid campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance through advertising platforms and reporting dashboards.
- Support tracking and data analysis using tools such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities, and share insights with the wider marketing team.

Creative Coordination & Optimization
- Work closely with creative and content teams to coordinate ad assets and campaign requirements.
- Develop an understanding of platform-specific creative best practices across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and other digital channels.
