CBL Legal Talent is seeking a proactive and target-driven Demand Generation Executive to help

generate new staffing and recruitment opportunities from leading U.S. law firms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant decision-makers, building targeted

prospect databases, executing strategic B2B outreach campaigns, and generating qualified

business opportunities for our legal staffing services.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct prospect research using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other research platforms to

identify key decision-makers within U.S. law firms.
- Build and maintain accurate, targeted databases of prospects, including HR, Talent

Acquisition, Recruiting, and business leaders.
- Develop and execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate

qualified leads and business conversations.
- Create compelling outreach messaging using relevant case studies, success stories, and

market insights.
- Research law firms to understand their hiring activity, staffing requirements, and potential

recruitment needs.




- Identify new business opportunities based on hiring trends, open positions, and

organizational growth.
- Track outreach activities, responses, follow-ups, and lead progression using CRM and

other tools.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and nurture prospects to build long-term business

relationships.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and business development teams to understand

client requirements and align staffing solutions.
- Consistently work toward defined lead generation, outreach, and business development

targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Robust research, communication, and written English skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, email outreach, or similar prospecting tools is

preferred.
- Previous experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, recruitment, staffing,

sales, or business development is an advantage.
