We’re looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager who can build and manage solid relationships with creators, influencers, and content personalities to drive brand awareness, content creation, and business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the creator ecosystem, knows what makes content perform, and can turn creator collaborations into impactful brand campaigns.

What You’ll Work On
- Identify and build relationships with relevant creators, influencers, and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Develop and manage creator partnerships aligned with Bombay Musk’s brand and business objectives.
- Research creators based on audience, content quality, engagement, relevance, and performance.
- Negotiate commercials,



deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and campaign terms with creators.
- Manage the complete creator collaboration process — from outreach and briefing to execution and reporting.
- Create clear and effective creator briefs that communicate campaign objectives, messaging, deliverables, and creative direction.
- Coordinate with creators to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Work closely with the social media, creative, and marketing teams to develop creator-led campaigns.
- Track creator content performance and identify what formats, hooks, and creators are driving the best results.
- Build and maintain a strong database of creators and continuously expand the brand’s creator network.
- Identify emerging creators and new content trends relevant to the fragrance, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and D2C space.
