Role Description The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth for HFFR cable compounds and related products, focusing on wire and cable manufacturers in India and key regional markets.



This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with customers. The Sales Manager will identify current business opportunities, prepare and deliver product presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely order closure in line with revenue and margin targets. Collaboration with technical and R&D; teams to understand product capabilities and translate them into customer solutions is a core part of the role. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning and continuous improvement in sales and service delivery.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B industrial or cable compounding sales, ideally within wire and cable or related materials & machine/ equipments sectors.
- Strong skills in sales strategy developm
