Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage customer invoices using Tally Prime:
Handle Accounts Receivable processes, including payment tracking and reconciliation
Maintain AR aging reports, outstanding payment reports, and follow-up logs using Advanced Excel
Monitor pending invoices and follow up with customers for timely payments
Coordinate with sales and finance teams for account reconciliation and closure
Prepare MIS reports and payment status updates:
Ensure accurate documentation and maintain updated customer account records
