Job Summary:
A Floor Fabric Salesman assists customers in selecting fabrics and related materials, provides product knowledge, and ensures a smooth shopping experience. The role involves sales, customer service, and maintaining an organized and attractive display of fabrics.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fabrics (cotton, silk, linen, etc.)
Explain fabric types, quality, pricing, and usage
Measure and cut fabric as per customer requirements
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of fabric displays
Restock shelves and manage inventory on the floor
Stay updated on recent fabric trends and stock arrivals
Handle customer queries, complaints,



and returns professionally

Skills Required:
Valuable communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of fabrics and têxtiles
Sales and persuasion skills
Attention to detail (especially in measuring and cutting fabric)
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail workplace

Qualifications:
Minimum: High school (10th/12th pass)
Experience in retail or têxtile sales preferred
Knowledge of fabrics is a plus (training often provided)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
