Key Responsibilities
Teach Political Science to Classes XI & XII as per CBSE curriculum
Prepare structured lesson plans, notes, and study materials
Conduct tests, assignments, and student evaluations
Guide students in board exam preparation and answer-writing skills
Encourage critical thinking, debates, and discussion-based learning
Monitor student progress and provide academic feedback
Maintain classroom discipline and academic records
Participate in school meetings, activities, and training sessions

Required Qualifications
Post Graduation in Political Science
B.Ed (mandatory)
Relevant teaching experience at senior secondary level preferred
CBSE curriculum experience is an advantage

Strong command over political theory, Indian politics, and world politics
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to make lessons interactive and analytical
