Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively
Answer customer questions and address concerns
Generate leads and schedule appointments or sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Follow up on leads and previous interactions.
Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets
Maintain a polite and qualified attitude at all times.
Requirements & Skills:
Valuable communication skills (local language + basic English preferred).
Confident and pleasant phone voice.
Ability to convince and negotiate.
Basic computer knowledge
Prior telecalling or sales internship experience is required.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹25,147.87 per month
