Design for Manufacturability & Assembly/: Work together with R&D; and product design teams in the early stages of design to assess current product releases, guaranteeing smooth manufacturability, fewer parts, better tooling routes, and lower unit production costs. Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement/: To reduce waste, cut scrap rates, and increase overall equipment effectiveness, lead continuous improvement projects utilising Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Poka/-Yoke approaches.
