Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Accountant and Admin Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, maintaining financial records, and assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements. The Accountant and Admin Executive will handle vendor and customer accounts, track payments and receipts, reconcile bank statements, and support compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements. In addition,



the role includes administrative responsibilities such as maintaining documentation, coordinating with internal teams, supporting office operations, and preparing reports and summaries for management. The successful candidate will ensure accurate records, smooth office functioning, and timely financial and administrative support to the business.

Qualifications

Strong accounting experience and knowledge.
- Ability to handle day-to-day administrative activities independently.
- Experience managing business and employee insurance, including health insurance.
- Ability to coordinate and maintain administrative records and documentation.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Should be capable of handling both accounting and overall administrative responsibilities.
