Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager / Senior Manager – Payroll to drive revenue growth for the India market for Ramco’s Global Payroll product.

The ideal candidate will have robust experience in selling Payroll, HCM, HRMS, HR Tech, or related enterprise SaaS solutions,



with a proven track record of managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and deal closure.

This is a high-ownership sales role focused on acquiring new customers, growing strategic accounts, building a strong pipeline, and positioning Ramco Payroll as a strategic technology solution for enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Target Achievement
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas through disciplined sales execution.
- Drive Net New ARR and upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Payroll Product Sales
- Drive sales of Ramco’s Global Payroll product across the India market.
- Identify and engage organizations with complex payroll, HR, and workforce management requirements.
- Understand customer payroll challenges and position the right Ramco solution to address their business needs.
