Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing new markets, generating qualified leads, and building long-term relationships with industrial customers. The role requires extensive field visits, customer interactions, and strategic sales planning to expand the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities




- Identify and develop recent business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop new customers in manufacturing, engineering, OEM, automotive, fabrication, EPC, and other industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the internal sales team.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare regular sales funnel reports.
- Track sales activities, customer visits, opportunities, and conversions through CRM or MIS reports.
