Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing duties
Enforce company policies and health & safety regulations

Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory or leadership role
Solid communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Problem-solving and customer service mindset
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
