Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding banking products.
Explain product features and advantages clearly.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with the internal team when required.
Ensure skilled communication with customers at all times.
