Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective participants and customers in Tamil.
Explain event details, ticket categories, pricing, and offers.
Coordinate with participants and assist them throughout the ticket booking process.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into ticket sales.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:
Fluent in Tamil (spoken and written).




Basic English communication skills.
Robust communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ticket sales, event promotions, or customer-facing roles.
Robust follow-up and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
