Position: Fashion Intern
Location: Bhiwandi

Key Responsibilities:
Merchandising & Sourcing Coordination
Work closely with global and domestic vendors to source fabrics, trims, and finished garments.
Understand and execute tech packs, sampling, pricing, and bulk production orders.
Ensure smooth communication between buyers, designers, suppliers, and factories.
Vendor & Supplier Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard current suppliers and manufacturers for cost-effective and high-quality production.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, MOQs, and production schedules with suppliers.
Regularly follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and production updates.
Sampling & Product Development
Coordinate sample development as per buyer specifications and ensure timely approvals.
Track sample fit, quality checks, and modifications before final approvals.
Maintain sample library and supplier database for reference and future projects.
Order Management & Execution




Manage the end-to-end execution of orders from PO confirmation to final dispatch.
Monitor production timelines, quality control, and shipment documentation.
Work closely with logistics and freight forwarders to ensure smooth delivery.
Market Research & Trend Analysis
Keep up with global fashion trends, fabric innovations, and industry developments in intimate wear and activewear.
Provide market insights to help clients make informed sourcing decisions.
MIS & Reporting
Maintain order trackers, cost sheets, and production reports for internal and client review.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sourcing activities, vendor performance, and shipment status.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
