Position: Graphic Designer

Location : Bhiwandi

Responsibilities
Creative Direction: Provide visionary leadership and set the creative direction for all projects, campaigns, and initiatives. Develop and communicate creative concepts and strategies that align with the organization's goals and brand identity.
Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals. Inspire creativity, foster a collaborative work environment, and ensure the team's skilled growth and development.
Creative Works: Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including print and digital media. This may include designing logos, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website elements, and other promotional materials.
Concept Development: Work with the team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for projects and campaigns.
Design Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant tools.
Branding and Visual Identity:



Ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to the organization's brand guidelines across all materials.
Layout and Composition: Develop and execute layout designs that are aesthetically pleasing, engaging, and communicate the intended message effectively.

Qualifications
Bachelors / Diploma degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Communications, Fashion Design, Advertising, Commercial Arts or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro ), and familiarity with copywriting and art direction.
Robust understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate creative ideas and strategies to various stakeholders.

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
