We’re seeking an experienced SEO Expert ( 3 - 7 years) who understands both online and offline SEO and can lead our search visibility efforts end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for driving organic growth, improving AI discoverability, and strengthening domain authority through creative SEO strategies.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll collaborate closely with the founders, developers, and marketing team to build a data-driven SEO foundation for FindMyGuru’s national expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to increase organic traffic and visibility.
Drive AI visibility by optimizing content and metadata for generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).
Plan and execute local SEO strategies for teacher listings and city-based pages (programmatic SEO).
Perform detailed keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and backlink audits.
Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to improve site structure, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.




Manage link-building campaigns, partnerships, and offline citations to improve domain authority.
Track and report performance metrics (traffic, visibility, DA/DR, backlinks, AI citations).
Experiment with recent AI search optimization techniques and tools to stay ahead of SEO trends.
Build and manage SEO dashboards using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

Required Skills:
3- 7 years of experience in SEO / Digital Marketing with proven results in organic growth.
Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Knowledge of AI search visibility optimization (optimizing for LLMs like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).
Experience with programmatic SEO (energetic skill × city or course × location pages).
Proficiency with Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
Understanding of schema markup, site indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
