Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with premium product and brand inquiries
Deliver high-end personalized customer service
Drive sales targets and maximize conversions
Maintain store presentation as per luxury brand standards
Build and retain client relationships for repeat business
Handle billing, inventory coordination, and after-sales support




Stay updated on luxury market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in luxury retail / premium sales / hospitality
Excellent communication and grooming standards
Solid sales mindset with customer-first approach
Confidence in handling HNI / premium clientele
Versatile to work weekends and retail hours

Preferred:
Experience in luxury malls, premium brands, jewelry, fashion, automobiles, or high-end real estate sales.
