Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi. Knowledge of Gujarati would be added advantage
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable transportation solutions.
Valuable follow-up and persuasion skills to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries while maintaining attention to detail.
Valuable typing speed and accuracy for updating customer and booking records.

Eligibility

Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, BPO, Logistics, Freight, Courier, E-commerce, or any customer-facing role is preferred. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Language Proficiency: Ability to speak Hindi and English fluently is mandatory. Knowledge of Gujarati will be an added advantage.
