We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead and grow the business of our resort. This is a leadership role where you will take full ownership of revenue generation, team management, and business development strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the entire sales function and drive revenue targets for the resort
Develop and implement business growth strategies to maximize occupancy and event bookings
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, set targets, and monitor performance
Identify recent business opportunities including corporate tie-ups, weddings, conferences, and group bookings
Establish and maintain robust relationships with key clients, travel agents, corporate houses, and event planners
Negotiate and close high-value deals and long-term business contracts
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
Represent the resort at industry events, networking meetings, and client presentations




Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure excellent guest experience and client satisfaction
Oversee pricing strategies, packages, and promotional offers to stay competitive

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Hospitality Management, or related field
5+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in hospitality, resort, or tourism industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and manage a sales team
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
Fluency in English and Hindi/Odia is preferred

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
