About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Payments System Analysis & Implementation
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, RTP,



and ISO 20022 payment processing.
Define use cases and functional specifications for payment-related features.
Collaborate with stakeholders (Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Operations) to ensure smooth implementation of payment solutions.
Work with ISO 20022 message structures, mapping legacy formats to recent standard messages for Fedwire Funds Service and international transactions.

Process Optimization & Compliance
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in ACH, Wire, and Real-Time Payments workflows.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including NACHA rules, FinCEN Travel Rule, and Fedwire guidelines.
Support fraud detection, risk mitigation, and AML compliance in payment operations.

Testing & Defect Management
Define test scenarios and perform UAT coordination for payment system enhancements.
Work closely with QA teams to validate payment message formats (pacs.008, pacs.
