Job Description: MBBS Resident Doctor (General Physician)

Position: MBBS Resident Doctor - General Physician
Employment Type: Full time
Duty Hours: 8 hours per day
Location: Shivpur, Varanasi
Compensation: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general physician care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients.
Conduct video consultations for pre-insurance and periodic insurance health check-ups as assigned.
Review patient histories, medical reports, and investigations to ensure accurate clinical assessments.
Maintain proper medical documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
Coordinate with nursing staff, diagnostics, and administration to ensure seamless patient care.
Ensure compliance with ethical standards, legal requirements, and organizational policies.




Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education as required.

Eligibility & Qualifications
MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
Valid medical registration with the relevant Medical Council (Preferably with UP medical council)
Experience as a Resident Doctor/General Physician preferred (freshers may apply).
Valuable communication skills; proficiency in telemedicine platforms is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
