Job Description
Manage HR Ops for the plant, ensuring Compliance with policies and regulations.
Develop & implement HR Strategies to support business goals.
Handle Emp Relations and foster a positive workplace workplace.
Oversee Recruitment and Talent Mgt processes.
Plan & execute T&D; programmes.
Ensure Payroll & Perks administration runs smoothly.
Monitor & manage workforce performance metrics.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR goals with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant in this role meets the following criteria-
MUST have speaking & reading proficiency in Kannada.
Should have 20+ yrs of exp.
Open to 6 days work mode.
Candidates with experience working in listed organizations will be preferred.
