Designation: Business Development Executive / Manager

Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Three to five years of sales or business-development experience
- At least three years of experience in the medical-device, IVF, or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience managing distributors and regional sales is preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities for the company’s product portfolio within the assigned region.




- Develop and carry out regional sales plans that support company policies and business goals.
- Set and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, distributors, and key accounts.
- Appoint current distributors and support their development within the assigned region.
- Provide product guidance, sales support, and coaching to distributors to improve their performance.
- Monitor distributor sales, market coverage, inventory, and customer activity.
- Work closely with internal departments to support customers and improve sales results.
- Act as the main link between the head office and field teams to ensure clear and timely communication.
- Prepare regional sales forecasts, performance analysis, and regular reports.
