About the Role

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Video Producer who can manage video projects across concept development, pre-production planning, shoot execution, and post-production coordination.

The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in pre-production, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, shot planning, and production coordination. Experience creating corporate, brand, digital marketing, and social media content is highly relevant.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production
- Understand business, marketing, and campaign requirements and translate them into compelling video concepts and creative ideas.
- Develop scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and detailed production plans.
- Plan production schedules, locations, equipment, budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, production houses, talent, and vendors.
- Manage approvals, permissions, logistics, and other requirements to ensure shoots are production-ready.
- Define the creative direction, visual approach,



and storytelling for video projects.

Production
- Manage and coordinate video shoots including corporate films, interviews, product videos, promotional campaigns, customer testimonials, event coverage, and social media content.
- Coordinate and supervise videographers, camera crews, lighting, audio, talent, and other production teams.
- Ensure shoots are executed according to the approved concept, storyboard, production plan, and brand guidelines.
- Handle on-ground production challenges and ensure smooth execution within timelines.

Post-Production Coordination
- Coordinate with editors, motion designers, and creative teams to ensure final videos align with the approved creative direction.
- Review edits and provide feedback on editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, subtitles, and storytelling.
- Ensure final videos are optimized for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
