Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant – Branch Head – Nashik, based in Mumbai.



The Branch Head will oversee branch operations, lead the local team, and ensure high-quality delivery of services across audit, tax, advisory, and compliance mandates. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, reviewing and signing off on key assignments, monitoring financial and operational performance of the branch, and ensuring adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with practice leaders across service lines, driving business development initiatives in the Nashik region, and mentoring team members to support their professional growth. The Branch Head will also contribute to strategic planning, risk management, and implementation of firm-wide policies and technology-enabled processes at the branch level.

Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in audit, assurance, tax, and advisory, preferably in a skilled services or consulting
