About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and target-oriented Business Development Manager / BDE with 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and business development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospective clients through calls and emails, building strong client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and converting qualified prospects into long-term customers.

The candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills, along with a solid understanding of the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales




- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Identify new markets, industries, companies, and potential business opportunities.
- Research and target prospective clients through multiple channels.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate products/services as solutions.
- Conduct product/service presentations, sales discussions, and negotiations with decision-makers.

2. Inside Sales & Cold Calling
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective B2B clients and decision-makers.
- Generate interest through effective cold-calling and consultative selling techniques.
