Role Description The Senior Sales Executive – Interior is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, meeting prospective clients, and presenting Decormart Studio’s interior design solutions. Day-to-day activities include conducting client consultations, understanding requirements and budgets, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales.



The role involves coordinating with the design and project teams to ensure smooth execution and managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Sales Executive will also track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and contribute to sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degreeAt least 2 years of BD or sales experience (preferably in luxury sector, interior design or HNI financial sales)
2. Strong work ethic, communication & negotiation skills, with an ability to close deals
3. Proven track record of meeting monthly & branch sales targets, with strong sense of ownership
4. Ability to maintain exceptional client relations
5. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (designers and project managers)
6. Planning and forecasting pipeline to closures
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
8. Responsible for facilitating meetings between the Clients and Des
