We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who is confident in communication, passionate about building relationships and capable of developing business opportunities across patients and healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Business Development
- Connect with patients and understand their healthcare requirements and treatment needs.
- Explain MediVoy's consultation, treatment, pharmacy and healthcare services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into consultations and treatment opportunities.
- Guide and coordinate with patients throughout the onboarding process.




- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective and existing patients.
- Build strong patient relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Pharmacy & Healthcare Partner Onboarding
- Onboard pharmacies to become MediVoy pharmacy partners.
- Explain the advantages of partnering with MediVoy and how the online pharmacy platform can help pharmacies reach more customers.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify and develop new pharmacy partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with pharmacy owners and healthcare providers.
- Identify and onboard doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories and other healthcare partners.
- Negotiate partnership terms and establish mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Collect and maintain accurate pharmacy and partner information required for onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams to complete the partner onboarding process and ensure pharmacies
