We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial skilled to develop these business areas and establish sustainable customer and partner networks across India.

Role Description

As Senior Business Development & Technical Support Engineer, you will develop the Indian market for Adler & Pfau’s technical training systems.

You will identify business opportunities, acquire customers,



establish strategic partnerships and coordinate product demonstrations, pilot projects, installations and training activities.

Your target groups will include:
- Industrial and vocational training institutes
- Engineering colleges, universities and polytechnics
- Welding and renewable-energy training centres
- Driving schools, fleet operators and driver-training centres
- HVAC and refrigeration training institutes
- Industrial companies and equipment manufacturers
- Governmental and private skills-development organisations
- Trade associations and certification bodies

You will act as the central interface between customers in India, Adler & Pfau and international technology providers. During the market-entry phase, you will also coordinate first-level technical support.

The position combines business development, technical sales, partner management, project coordination and customer support.
