We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen our market presence in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Management
- Drive primary, secondary, and tertiary sales targets for the assigned region.
- Achieve revenue and profitability objectives through effective business planning and execution.
- Optimize secondary-to-primary sales ratio with channel partners.
- Lead new product launches and category expansion initiatives.
- Drive hospital business, institutional sales, and tender business in the region.

Channel & Distribution Management




- Appoint and manage Super Dealers and Sub-Dealers to strengthen market penetration.
- Convert high-potential Sub-Dealers into Super Dealers.
- Expand and strengthen the orthopedic-focused chemist network.
- Ensure effective dealer engagement and channel profitability.

Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ sales professionals.
- Ensure complete manpower deployment and team productivity across the region.
- Monitor field productivity and improve sales team efficiency.
- Drive capability development and training initiatives to build a high-performance culture.

Market Development & Customer Engagement
- Identify and develop new market opportunities and expansion areas.
- Build relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, hospitals, and retail influencers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Sales Operations & Reporting
- Ensure accurate reporting and data submission through SFA systems.
