We are looking for an experienced IT Sales / Strategic Account Manager professional to drive revenue growth, manage strategic enterprise accounts, and expand IT product & service portfolios.

? Key Responsibilities
- Drive incremental revenue growth across IT products and services offerings.
- Protect and strengthen existing revenue streams by proactively managing competition and mitigating the impact of downward tariff revisions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across IT hardware, peripherals, IT services, and software solutions.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of current products and services to maximize account revenue.
- Collaborate closely with OEM Account Managers to develop and execute winning account strategies.
- Lead business planning and accurate sales forecasting, covering revenue, order booking, gross additions, net additions, churn, billing, collections, and bad debts.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across tariff offerings, circle acquisitions, order fulfilment, issue resolution, and day-to-day account activities.
- Monitor service delivery and service assurance to ensure compliance with agreed SLA/MSA commitments.
- Work closely with the Collections Team to ensure timely payments and reduction of outstanding/bad debts.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date account dossiers, including key account information, business plans, opportunities, and performance updates.
- Ensure strict adherence to all organizational processes, policies, systems, and compliance requirements.
- Foster a culture of trust, transparency, open communication, collaboration, and teamwork, aligned with shared business objectives.
