Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager – Commercial Leasing & Outright Sales to lead and manage leasing and outright transactions across South Mumbai and BKC, two of the most premium commercial micro-markets in the country. The role involves handling corporate leasing/outright sales, advising clients on market strategy, and managing transactions from client onboarding to deal closure.

The ideal candidate will bring strong market knowledge, excellent client-handling capabilities, and proven experience in negotiating and closing commercial leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities




- Manage end-to-end commercial leasing & sales transactions for office spaces, including client acquisition, requirement analysis, property shortlisting, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Act as a key advisor to corporate occupiers, family businesses, landlords, and developers, offering market insights, rental benchmarks, and strategic leasing solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate clients through networking, referrals, and ongoing client relationships.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and commercial evaluations tailored to client requirements.
- Lead lease negotiations, commercial structuring, and finalization of terms to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Coordinate with legal teams for LOIs, term sheets, and lease documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.
