KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development & Market Expansion: Drive distribution, revenue growth,



and market presence across the UK, with a primary focus on Indian ethnic retailers, standalone stores, and distributors handling frozen and chilled food categories, while exploring opportunities within mainstream retail.
- Retail & Distributor Management: Develop and strengthen relationships with Indian ethnic retailers and distributors across the UK. Leverage existing networks to secure listings, increase distribution depth, and improve market penetration.
- Distribution Operations Management: Oversee company-run direct distribution of chilled products, including van operations, loading, returns, collections, route efficiency, and overall operational performance.
- Commercial Management: Lead commercial discussions related to pricing, margins, rebates, trade terms, and contractual agreements in line with market dynamics and industry practices.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor competitive act
